I have been asked many questions over the years, about anything and everything related to my line of work. So I thought I would put together a list of frequently asked questions. Q. What is the best way to contact you?

ANSWER

Q. Can you tailor your services to suit our needs?

ANSWER
You will find here a set of packages, though I am always happy to tailor a package to your requirements. Please drop me an email via the contact page for a bespoke quote.

Q. Where do we meet to discuss our projects?

ANSWER
One of the best ways for you to get a feel for if I am right to be a part of your projects, is to meet up and have a good chat about all your exciting plans. I am always very happy to come to you, or you are very welcome to come to me, to have a chat and a more detailed look through my printed product range. Including example fine-art albums and other beautiful products.

Q. How do we book for a photo shoot?

ANSWER
The final balance is due 5 days before your photo shoot date.

Q. What happen of if you become ill and are unable to cover our photo shoot?

ANSWER
It has never happened before and it would have to be something very serious to stop me, but in the event of anything going wrong, I have a network of photographer friends who I would call upon to step in.

Q. What should I do to prep for the theme?

ANSWER
I am always willing to offer my best rate for out of season’s photo shooting and mid-weeks. Out of season is considered October to the end of March (excluding Christmas) and mid-week is considered Monday to Thursday’s. Please contact me for a bespoke quote.

Q. If we change our photo shoot date, would you incur any costs?

ANSWER
If you do need to change your photo shoot date and transfer your booking with me, this would be no problem and you will not incur any cost if the date you require to transfer to is available. What I would recommend is; if for whatever reason your existing date is no longer going to happen, then get in contact and I would be happy to confirm which date’s I have available.
